Khalwah for Arafah

What is the holy day of Arafah/Arafat?
Also referred to as the Day of Repentance and Acceptance of Supplications, Arafah/Arafat is the second day of the hajj that commemorates the Prophet’s Farewell Sermon (peace and blessings be upon him) and completion of the message of Islam. We are coming together for a special, FREE khalwah (or personal night of prayer, see below) with our fellow spiritual seekers to connect with and capture the unique, holy light of this time.
On July 8th, 2022, beloveds around the world in our Shadhiliyya Sufi Community will be taking part in a night of prayer for the Day of Arafah/Arafat, where it is said that no prayers or supplications are rejected.
