Her spiritual journey began in 1973. Rabia Jamila feels deeply blessed and thankful to have embarked on the path of Sufism that has bestowed immense blessings upon her since 2000. She is deeply grateful to have studied continuously with Dr. Jaffe for the last 23 years. She received a Master of Divinity in Advanced Spiritual Healing from the University of Sufism and has been bestowed the honor of being a Master Healer. She is a Muquaddim, and a former intern in ISH. Her deepest walking toward God has occurred through attending the Advanced Sufi Walking program, where she is currently in her 8th year.

Dr. Rabia Sa’bura J. Goodban, DAOM, L.Ac., Dipl.OM, LCSW, M.Div., is a Certified Master Healer.

She is a Chinese medicine doctor who also specializes in environmental medicine (similar to functional medicine), counseling and Sufi spiritual healing. And she is an astrologer. She has taught Zen shiatsu, massage and Chinese medicine. Her love of plants and flowers has led her to cultivate a flower essence line, Sublime Flower Essences.

She is currently a Teaching Assistant for Level I at the Institute of Spiritual Healing. Her Master of Divinity is in Sufi spiritual guidance and education. She hosts zawiya at her private practice in Colorado.
Rabia has had a lifelong interest in many facets of healing. Deborah Mujiba Haviland is a Certified Master Healer and Master teacher, with the Institute of Spiritual Healing. Her background includes studying Humanistic Psychology and Dance and Art Therapy at Tufts University. During Most of her Psychology and Healing Arts Career, Deborah Mujiba explored many different Healing Modalities, while studying and teaching dance, yoga, and Authentic Creative Movement. She also has led many Spiritual Retreats on Mt Shasta, in Maui, and Costa Rica.

Deborah Mujiba, has a rich background in studying World Religions and honoring diversity. In 2001, She embraced the Shaduliyyah Sufi path and studied with Dr Ibrahim Jaffe for the past 22 years.

My name is Mohammed Anwar Hussain, Sufi name Abdullah.I’m originally from Bangladesh. I’ve lived in US for the last 43 years. I started my Sufi Spiritual walking 44 years ago. I’ve had the opportunity to walk with many masters in many different parts of the world. I have experience with different modalities like raja yoga, meditation, the quantum healing method, and many others.

I have two master’s degrees in Divinity from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. One is in Peacemaking, and the other is Sufi Spiritual Healing. I’ve taken the master healer practicum certification program with Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe.I have healing experience with Sufi healing for the last 14 years. Currently, I’m part of the eight year Advance Sufi walking program (ASW 8) in the Institute of Spiritual Healing and am doing spiritual teaching and healing.

I love to serve people, bring smiles to their faces, and harmony in their lives. I’m serving three orphanage centers and taking care of sick, old, and needy people. I’m also opening more teaching centers in different parts of the world. By serving creation I find myself….from there, I found my Creator. I have loved God as long as I can remember. My father was my Sunday school teacher from kindergarten until high school. After High School, I studied premed and engineering in California earning BS in Systems Engineering and Industrial Technology. Completion of my MBA was preempted by the arrival of my first child. I took the Promise with Sidi in Maui 2001.

I started Healing School in 2002 to learn the principles and fundamentals of Sufi Healing. In 2019 with Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe’s guidance, “that I should be a healer”, I finished healing school and became a formal practitioner in 2020 then earned a master’s in divinity from Institute of Spiritual Healing 2021. As part of my master’s degree, I produced a thesis on Mitigation of Anger and Its effects on Arthritis. In 2023 I received a Master Healer Practicum Program (18month) Certificate.

I am so grateful for my Beloved Guide “Sidi” Shaykh Muhammad Sa’id al Jamal ar-Rifa’ia as-Shadhuli who’s spirit is with me every day. I count as a priceless the gift of his unbelievable body of written and recorded work and the intimate experience and gifts he gave to me personally, over the years, following him in prayers at our beloved “Mosque’ in Pope Valley California.

Finally, I give thanks to my Lord Allah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim al-Kareem for every moment of my life, may we all find His Light and Healing.

Hamida Michele is a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, certified life coach and a Sufi spiritual healer. For the past 30 years she has studied extensively in the holistic health field and spirituality. Her deep desire as a therapist was to understand the root cause of dis-ease and chronic pain her clients suffered with.

Her expertise is in helping individuals realize their true potential and essential nature. She has worked with many populations and conditions, such as those in chronic and acute pain, addiction, trauma and emotional/spiritual dis-ease.

Since 2005, Hamida Michele has studied under Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe for her own healing journey and to become a Master Healer in the Sufi way. The Sufi path helped her to know the divine gifts she was given and deepened her own connection to God.

Hamida Michele has a private practice where she offers Sufi healing, life and spiritual coaching and integrative bodywork. Most of her clients are women who are longing to empower themselves while connecting to the innate wisdom of their bodies and heart, through the personal, collective and ancestral wounds they carry.

Laila Karen carries the deep love of Laila. It allows her to help clients get to the root of an issue, find a roadmap through the blocks, release them, and heal. She holds her clients in a way that helps quiet their minds & hearts so the truth…underneath this noise…is revealed in a gentle, easy-going way.

Laila Karen has studied and practiced with Ibrahim for over 13 years. Prior to this she studied with the Dali Lama, and has certifications also in feng shui, aromatherapy, soul coaching and alternative healing methods. She has helped heal physical pain, heart disease, seizures, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, dissociation, and depression. In these areas, she has helped clients free themselves of the voices, images, patterns, and underlying trauma that has kept them stuck, sometimes unknowingly, for much of their lives. The result is freedom with the hope and vision of a healthy, vibrant life and true happiness.

Laila Karen was at the top of her career when she got deathly ill from Lyme disease which led to deepening her spiritual path. She went from helping companies, like Apple, become leaders in a new market to being bedridden for 5 years, not able to balance her checkbook. Allopathic medicine alone could not heal her. She was desperate for a solution. This led her to study for several years with His Holiness, the Dali Lama learning the value of compassion, forgiveness, and gentleness. She also went to Hippocrates Health Institute and adopted a living foods lifestyle. Both helped but only went so far.

It wasn’t until years later, when she also got uterine cancer, that she met Ibrahim. Immediately she sensed his guidance was the right way to go. He recommended both surgery and Spiritual Healing for her cancer. Today, she is very healthy and is running again. During this journey, she healed 18 years of chronic Lyme disease, cancer, corporate burnout, and being severely sensitive to the environment.

Laila Karen originally wanted to be a medical doctor. With this healing work, her dream of helping people heal has come full circle. She holds a double major degree in premed Biology and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College and a M.A. in Biology (environmental, marine) from UCLA. Cindy originally is from the Midwest but currently refers to herself as a “snowbird”, making the yearly migration to the south for winter. She enjoys exploring the wonders of “God’s green Earth”. She enjoys her free time creating beauty, manifesting beauty through gardening and making the old wood beautiful again. In her free time she likes to golf.

Cindy has been a lifetime student of learning. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Pacific Union College in 2012. She has studied Sufism since 2001, achieving several certificates from Dr. Jafee, MD’s institutes, including: Medical-Spiritual Healing, Spiritual Healing in Business, Sufi Teaching Certification, Master Healer Practitioner Certificate, and finally a master’s degree of Divinity and Spiritual Healing.

Cindy currently is an assistant teacher at the Institute of Spiritual Healing, a Master Healer for the Sufi Spiritual Healing Center, and offers private healing sessions to clients.

Cindy’s Sufi name is AMAL, which means “Hope”, a quality that is brought through in healings given to her clients. Hope is that subtle transformation that occurs when our “wishes” turn towards the Divine and become aligned, comforted, and infused from a never ending, ever-lasting, powerful source of Love.
